This very small peninsula is located on the northern eastern cost of Malta, adjacent to Gzira. Some of the property in Ta Xbiex overlook the yacht marina whilst other apartments in Ta Xbiex overlook a cluster of older villas. In Ta Xbiex itself there aren't many shops but it's only ten minutes on foot to the supermarkets and grocery shops in Gzira or Msida. Ta Xbiex is a very quiet town hosting just a couple of restaurants on the tip on the peninsula, with spectacular views of Fort Manuel, Fort Tigne and Valletta's great bastions. There is not much property available for rent in Ta Xbiex so we suggest early bookings. Also most of the property in Ta Xbiex is rented out for a minimum of one or two years. Ta Xbiex is highly recommended if you own a yacht and decide to move to Malta for a year or two.
