Regarding the attached file, the ones you should consider are Level 0 and Level 1, Plus Level 3. To make things simpler, Level 0 and Level 1 (Ground and mezzanine) are a single unit accessible from the street, while Level 3 is a separate unit, accessible from the lift/stairs at the reception, also at street level

The offices are fully equipped and fully operational.

As a reminder, we expect to have Levels 0 (Ground and mezzanine) and Level 3 available around March 2018. From our understanding, the price for the area is close to €290 - €300 per sqm per annum.

Please note that the Ground level (Level 0, 340 sqm) also has a mezzanine (Level 1, 230sqm) accessible internally
