Protecting Our Seas: Highlights from the 9th Ocean Bed Clean-Up

At QuickLets, we believe that home extends beyond four walls — it includes the environment we live in and the communities we share it with. That’s why we’re proud supporters of the QLZH Foundation’s 9th Ocean Bed Clean-Up, held at Xemxija Quay.

This year, our volunteers and partners came together to remove 1,200kg of waste from Malta’s seabed and coastline in just one day. From divers and snorkellers to on-land volunteers, everyone played a role in protecting our seas.

The day was filled with live music, sunshine, community spirit, and a shared purpose: to protect what we love. It was incredible to see so many people — including many of our QuickLets clients and team members — working side by side for a cleaner Malta.

We look forward to seeing even more of our community join next year as we continue to support initiatives that keep our islands beautiful for everyone who calls Malta home.
