From Letting Specialist to COO: The Rise of Marc Zammit Lupi

Marc joined QuickLets in 2014 at just 20 years old as a Letting Specialist. Within a year, he became Team Leader, and by 2016, a Franchise Owner with an office on the prestigious Spinola seafront.

His leadership continued to elevate across the organisation:

Today, as COO, Marc leads operations across Malta’s largest real estate letting network, driving performance, innovation, and long-term strategy.

Beyond business, he also serves as a Board Member of the QLZH Foundation, supporting environmental and animal welfare initiatives.
