A New Real Estate Chief is in Town.

Fabio Zuccaro is to lead the Quicklets and Zanzi Home (QLZH) teams as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Fabio is an experienced Customer Support Manager with a decade of Banking experience who has previously worked for HSBC and FCM Bank. He has mastered key performance indicators delivery and superior customer service, as well as business strategy design and execution. He is now set to foster core strategies relating to the provision of services within the property market in Malta working for one of the fastest growing real estate agency in the country   

Walking into his new position, Fabio seems very excited, “Real Estate is a thrilling industry to venture into, especially at such a prolific moment in its current developments. The QLZH team is doing a terrific job, it was quite easy for me to accept the appointment.    With the help of all the team, my vision is to propel the brands to new dimensions.

QLZH has seen tremendous development throughout the past year, with a number of new offices opening, offering a range of properties for sale and to let in Malta. In fact, the total number of property agents currently reaching 180. CEO Steve Mercieca sees a bright future ahead; “I’m very happy of what we’ve achieved so far. But we take nothing for granted and continue to strive at being the number one real estate agency. Fabio has been chosen to head our operations and we are delighted to welcome him to our family. Exciting times ahead!”

The new role will seek to achieve a total synergy between the two brands and bring harmony to the operations behind the business strategy. As the number of clients has grown proportionally, the real estate agencies are setting further structure to the expansion of their brands.
