Swieqi - Block

SWIEQI- Modern block that consist of 5 modern and newly constructed semi-detached maisonettes built one above the other fronting onto two roads. Every apartment is well furnished and decorated to a high standard, each with its own independent entrance. The different apartments consist of 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms with 4 or 5 bathrooms each. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen \ dining room (including a washing machine for laundry), a common living area with cable TV and free WIFI
access. All apartments have ironing facilities, they are cleaned on a weekly basis, towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. The hallways and corridors are wide and airy. Each apartment enjoys a large sun terrace overlooking the lush Swieqi Valley. ‘Pay-peruse’ air-conditioning facilities are available in the apartments.
