Gozo - Kercem - Farmhouses

SANTA LUCIJA, Gozo - This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the quiet hamlet of Santa Lucija, limits of the village of Kercem.

This property can sleep a maximum of four people in two separate bedrooms which are made of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with red deal furniture and have air-conditioning and with en suite. On the ground floor one can find the living area which is accompanied by the dining area. The kitchen area is equipped with all the necessary appliances; gas oven, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven and coffee maker and all the other necessary utensils. While the living area is made of a comfortable sofa, table, and T.V. It also has a spare toilet/shower on that same floor. Upstairs one can find the washing machine on the floor landing followed by the two bedrooms. There is also a small terrace, perfect for sunbathing or for dining outside! At the entrance of this farmhouse one can immediately notice its private pool and pool area with shower, sun beds and outdoor dining. Furthermore one can notice the built in BBQ with its area. This cottage offers a unique character and a great timeless and relaxing atmosphere!
