MARSASKALA - Situated in a very quiet area of the village, where parking is very likely possible. Shops (grocery, stationery, ironmongery, hairdresser) and bus stop are just a short walking distance. The San Tumas promenade is just a 10 minutes walking distance.
This is just a block of two flats. The apartment situated on the second floor. The roof can be used by both flats to enjoy the sun and the sea view. However, no parties are allowed on the roof. There is no lift, but the stairs are quite wide, very bright with two windows and comfortable to climb.

• Has a sink over an oak vanity unit, a toilet, a transparent glass sliding shower cubicle (180cmx80cm), and an electric water heater.
• The plumbing system comprises a water pump on the roof for comfortable water flow.
• There is also an automatic washing machine

Bedroom 1:
• Solid wood Air-conditioned bedroom comprising a twin bed, a chest of drawers+mirror, x2 bedside tables and a 6 door wardrobe.
• All the bedding (quilt, pillow and bottom sheets) is supplied also.

Bedroom 2:
• Solid wood Air-conditioned bedroom comprising 2 single beds, a chest of drawers+mirror, x1 bedside table and a 3 door wardrobe.
• All the bedding (quilt, pillow and bottom sheets) is supplied also.

Bedroom 3:
• Solid wood bedroom comprising 1 single bed, a chest of drawers+mirror, a book/paper enclosed cabinet, x1 bedside table and a 2 door wardrobe.
• All the bedding (quilt, pillow and bottom sheets) is supplied also.

All the rooms have individual aluminum windows and lockable solid oak wooden doors.
All bedrooms + living room have individual internet points.
The 2 double bedrooms are air-conditioned.
You have an excellent level of privacy without any third party windows facing yours.
