SLIEMA - Here we find a studio penthouse, on the top of a hill in the Balluta area. The studio penthouse is situated on the fifth floor of the corner brand-new block and is served with a lift. Once you enter the apartment first you find a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. The next one is the kitchen/dining area equipped with all new appliances. At the back is the bathroom with a shower. A compliment to this studio is a large terrace, bigger than the studio itself. And the best feature is solo access to the roof that has an amazing view of Valletta harbor and is overlooking Sliema, Gzira, and Msida. Definitely worth each penny paid )))
More photos come soon, as this studio will be ready to move in in the middle of March
