This is a beautiful bright and spacious, three-bedroom elevated maisonette. On entering the apartment you come into the living/dining space and the kitchen has its own separate area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, and oven. You walk along a bright corridor where you will find the main bathroom, a double bedroom with an en-suite and access to a small yard, and two further double bedrooms, of which one leads onto the larger back yard with utility cupboard and table and chairs. There is a smart TV in the main living area and the rental price includes the internet and excludes the water and electricity.
