There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven and hob, as well as a 2nd option of a gas stove. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in the lounge.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a doorway leading to the private back balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and also leads to the back balcony. Ample cupboard space in both rooms. The main bedroom only has a ceiling fan, and the second bedroom has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. The main bedroom has the convenience of its own private shower.

There is a separate bathroom complete with a shower.
