As you enter, you'll find an open plan living room, kitchen and dining with comfortable three seater sofa and TV, a solid wood fully equipped kitchen and extendable table taking up to six people. There is a small yard providing ample light and fresh air. The entrance boasts original Maltese flooring, a wooden beam and an old wall crib perfectly preserved throughout the renovation.
On the right hand side, you'll find an arch leading to three stairs to access a cosy double bedroom, a toilet with an open shower and a small study room with a desk. The traditional stairs leads to the first floor.
Upstairs there is the second bedroom with an en-suite, a walk in wardrobe and a small balcony. The bedroom is of a generous size and have plenty of drawer space.
