SAN LAWRENZ - This is a lovely, recently refurbished farmhouse, located in the village of San Lawrenz.
It is located within two minutes’ walk from the main square, where there is a restaurant (Tatitas Restaurant) and a small shop which open daily from 6.00 am to 12.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, except Saturday afternoon and Sunday. Further down the road, approximately within 500m, there is the 5* Kempinski San Lawrenz Hotel, with a selection of restaurants. A further few meters down the road then there is the Crafts Village, and a Supermarket which opens daily from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm and Sundays from 8.00 am to 13.00hrs.
This house is based on three floors.
On entering one finds a sitting area leading to the dining area and the kitchen, having a dishwasher and all amenities. An LCD TV, cable connected, together with Wi-Fi are available.
A flight of steps leads to the outdoor area and pool, measuring approximately 15 feet x 10 feet and approximately 1.5m deep.
Stairs, indoors, lead to the first floor where there are three bedrooms (two of which have an en-suite facility), and on the second floor there is another bedroom, a washroom, and a roof/terrace area with the use of BBQ and country views.
