GROUND FLOOR: Main door entrance hallway leads to a patio. On the right side of the patio, there is a triple bedroom {Three single beds} with an air conditioner and with en suite shower room. There is a toilet near the triple bedroom door.

On the left side of the patio, there is a kitchen, and dining area with a sitting area. In the sitting area, there is a glass door leading to a pool area with outdoor furniture. In the pool area, there’s a door leading to another alley.

In the GROUND FLOOR patio, there are exterior stairs that step up to the FIRST FLOOR patio which leads you to a twin bedroom {Two single beds} with an air conditioner, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. From this same patio of First FLOOR, there is a door leading to a double bedroom {One double bed} with an air conditioner, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. This double bedroom got a terrace with village views.

FACILITIES: Each bedroom got an air conditioner installed. The first-floor bedrooms got a ceiling fan. Washing Machine. Flat Screen TV.
