At the end of a lovely residential street, we find this brand new, sleek, and clean block. We enter into the combined living room/kitchen, with a balcony going from wall to wall, hence basking in light.
The kitchen has an electric hob and is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher.
The living room has multiple uses - as a living room you have a good sized comfortable couch and TV, to switch to dining area, all you have to do is drag out the extendable dining table, and should you have a guest visiting, the couch pulls out as a bed and they can even use their own guest bathroom.
