Msida - Maisonettes

TA' XBIEX - Here you find an elevated, brand new (2023) maisonette in a very quiet and nice area of Msida/Ta'Xbiex, just a corner away from the promenade and restaurants. This maisonette consists of an open plan, where a brand-new kitchen, fitted with all appliances including a dishwasher, is on your left, and the living space with a sofa bed, a large TV, and a large A/C unit, is on your right. Further on in front of you is a corridor that leads to all bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first doors on your left lead to the first bedroom fitted with the double bed, a large wardrobe, and A/C, with the window looking to a small internal yard. Further on, on the same side, there is a door to the family bathroom. At the end of the corridor, there are two doors. The left one leads to the master bedroom, with the double bed, a large wardrobe, an ensuite, and a yard, and the right door leads to the third bedroom fitted with a single bed, wardrobe, and a desk. In front of this maisonette, there is a large private terrace with a bench and a table to enjoy summer evenings.
